A Study on Differences in Interpersonal Relationship, Job Satisfaction, and Turnover Intention by Sex and Age of Employees of Elderly Care Facilities

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences in the interpersonal relationship, job satisfaction, and turnover intention by sex and age of employees of the elderly care facilities. According to the results of analysis, relationship with superior as one of subordinate variables of interpersonal relationship by sex and age was found to be the highest in twenties and thirties for men and in thirties for women. Relationships with peer, clients, and guardians by sex and age as the other subordinate variables of interpersonal relationship were found to be the highest in thirties for both men and women. Job satisfaction was the lowest in thirties for men and in twenties for women, and it was higher for older age. Turnover intention was found to be the highest in twenties for men and in thirties for women. There was no interaction effect of each variables by sex and age. This study suggests that various measures should be provided based on the characteristics of each variable by sex and age.
